Is the commission really recurring?Yes — 10% of what each shop actually pays for its Specialists (and paid seats), every billing cycle, for as long as that shop stays an active, paying customer and you’re an Account Manager in Good Standing. Flat and single-level: no overrides, no downline, no recruiting bonuses.

Do you give me leads?No. We don’t hand out lead lists — the whole model is your relationships. You know the shop owners; we give you the product, a live sandbox to demo it, your @automictrades.com address, and a real person behind you. Inbound inquiries we can’t place may be routed to you, but don’t plan on them.

What doesn’t count?One-time fees, setup charges, add-ons, AT Credits, ad-spend pass-through, business-email or domain fees, taxes, discounts, comped or trial invoices — commission is on collected subscription dollars (the Specialist plan + paid seats), net of refunds.

Are there quotas or minimums?No sales quota. “Good Standing” means your agreement is current, you follow the conduct rules, and you stay your shops’ first-tier contact.

When and how am I paid?Commission accrues when the shop’s payment actually clears, sits in a 30-day hold (refund and chargeback protection), then pays out monthly in full via Stripe — no minimum payout. If a payment is refunded or charged back, that commission is voided (or netted from your next payout if already paid). If a shop cancels inside its first billing cycle, that commission is voided. 1099 issued annually.

What happens to my shops if I leave?Your shops stay cared for. If you leave while you have live accounts, those accounts are transferred to active Account Managers so every owner keeps one person to call. Commission on those accounts stops when you leave — it’s earned for being their person, month by month, not as a residual you carry out the door.

People the trades already trust.

Maybe you ran a shop. Maybe you sold to them, supplied them, inspected them, or grew up in one. The job is relationships — if shop owners take your call, you’re most of the way there. We’ll teach you the product; we can’t teach you twenty years of knowing the trades.
