Refunds & cancellation

How this works
Short version: no refunds on completed billing cycles, no lock-in either. You can cancel monthly renewal anytime from inside the app and your next charge won’t run. The cycle you’re already in stays paid and you keep working through the end of it.
We built it this way on purpose. Pricing is one flat monthly rate — no intro step-ups, no surprise increases, no contracts. The trade-off is that completed months stay paid; the upside is that you’re never stuck with a bill you’ve already covered or a renewal you didn’t want.
Cancelling — in one tap
There’s no cancellation fee, no minimum term, and no penalty for leaving and coming back later. Cancel monthly renewal from the billing page and the next charge stops. You keep full access through the end of the cycle you’ve already paid for, and your data sits with you for 30 days if you decide to return.
How to cancel
Sign in, open the billing page, and tap Cancel renewal. That does it — the next renewal won’t run, and you’ll see the cycle end-date confirmed on screen.
If billing feels stuck or you’d rather have a human handle it, email billing@automictrades.com from the address on your account and we’ll cancel it for you.
What about consumer protection laws?
Where the law in your state, province, or country requires a refund or cooling-off period that overrides this policy, that law wins — nothing in here limits a non-waivable consumer-protection right you have. Outside those mandatory exceptions, the policy above applies in full.
What if a charge looks wrong?
Billing errors aren’t the same as refund requests. If you spot a duplicate charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, or a billing-system fault on our side, email billing@automictrades.com within 30 days of the charge with the transaction details. We’ll investigate and reverse anything that’s demonstrably wrong — that’s separate from the no-refunds-on-completed-cycles rule, which is for legitimate subscription charges for periods that have already started.
When this policy changes
We’ll keep this page current. If we make a material change, we’ll email the address on your account and post the update here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Automic Trades after that date means you’re good with the updated terms.
