Cash Flow & AR

Invoices sent same-day — collections on autopilot

Cash Flow turns finished work into invoices, keeps your receivables visible, and projects your cash 30, 60, and 90 days out so next Friday’s payroll is never a surprise. It creates and sends — it never moves your money.

What it does
  • Turns a completed job into an invoice — the first one to a new customer waits for your sign-off; repeat invoices on the same template go on their own once you’ve okayed a few
  • Sends invoices through Stripe on your connected account and tracks card and ACH payments as they land
  • Keeps the AR aging ledger — what is outstanding, how old, for how much — and hands overdue accounts to Customer Communication to chase
  • Projects cash 30 / 60 / 90 days out — the floor if everyone pays late, the likely, and the cellar — from AR, recurring expenses, and your seasonality
  • Flags a projected shortfall before it reaches your bank account, and never touches payouts, refunds, or bill-pay — that stays with you in Stripe
How you interact with it

A cash-flow brief lands every Friday morning by SMS or email, with a month-end AR digest after it. Urgent flags — AR past your threshold, a projected shortfall — come immediately. You approve the first invoice to each new customer; after that, same-template invoices send on their own until you say otherwise. You never have to open a dashboard to know where you stand.

How it helps your shop

Most cash-flow surprises are math that already happened — a slow quarter in Q3 shows up in Q4 payroll. Cash Flow runs the math for you weekly and tells you where it's going, so decisions about hiring, equipment, or holidays aren't guesses.
